Praxent Named a Top Custom Software Development Company by GoodFirms Research

Earlier this month, GoodFirms, a Washington, D.C. based research firm, published its periodic list of Top Custom Software Development Companies, naming Praxent among the top 15.

To identify the top 15, the GoodFirms analyst squad assessed companies based on three core standards: reliability, quality and ability. The results of the analysis are coupled with data about each company’s past and present portfolio of work, proven experience and market penetration, and client feedback.

The research also included a survey of over 150 software development companies and experts on the latest trends in software development. Results indicated the following industry trends:

• 69.2% of surveyed companies reported a rise in demand for AI-based products.
• 56% of respondents expect demand for blockchain technology to continually climb.
• 47% recognize IoT as the biggest trend in software development.
• The majority of companies surveyed consider Big Data, cloud computing, AR/VR and cyber security to be less significant trends than AI, blockchain and IoT.
