At our weekly team huddle, we share current project wins and learnings, unite around quarterly themes, and “cheers” individuals for their accomplishments.
Team members collaborate freely on deliverables. We use pair programming to ensure work is done right the first time, and eventually, to empower client-side team members.
Clients often attend meetings in person at our Austin office, but flexibly choose web and video conference as needed. All meeting rooms are setup with cameras and screens.
Team members venture out for team gatherings, host weekly Practice Lunch, and welcome families to quarterly celebrations.
Our biannual hackathon is where teams experiment with new technologies and tools from robotics to facial recognition and machine learning.
