Praxent named one of Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2021
Praxent is pleased to announce it was recently named as one of the 2021 Best Companies to Work for in Texas. This awards program is a project of the Texas Association of Business (TAB), Texas SHRM, and Best Companies Group. This statewide survey and awards program was founded in 2006 to recognize and honor the very best places to work in Texas, places that positively impact the state’s economy and workforce.
About the Survey and Awards Process
Companies from across the state of Texas were entered into a two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated workplace’s policies, systems, philosophies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process made up for approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience at each workplace. This part of the process made up for approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Then, the combined scores were used to determine the top companies and their final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and offered their expertise to help determine the final rankings.
The 2021 Best Companies to Work for in Texas list is made up of 100 companies. We look forward to learning of the rankings of not only Praxent, but all the deserving companies who made it to the list, to be revealed at the Texas Association of Business (TAB) Best Companies to Work for in Texas Awards Dinner and Celebration on May 13, 2021 at the Fairmont.
