I’m the founder and CEO of a company that provides a document managing/scheduling SaaS for members of the healthcare and insurance industries.

We hired them to help us migrate our legacy software to a new cloud host.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted a company that could make our transfer seamless, with no downtime. We also wanted to optimize our legacy code for greater speed and stability, as well as reduce our ongoing maintenance costs.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
They oversaw our entire transfer process. At the outset, they provided a technical assessment, then helped us migrate our legacy software and optimize our older code. Based on the success of this project, they also transitioned into working with some of our clients on a large-scale API project.

We kept in touch using Skype and Jira throughout the process. Our project manager did very well at ensuring that we had access to skilled resources throughout the project. They were also responsive in the face of additional changes or requests.

Not only did they have excellent leadership, their staff genuinely cared about our project. It always felt like they wanted to help us reach our desired outcomes.
