What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They work faster than we are, so we’re just trying to keep up with them in installing our services and putting them into the production environment. Overall, they’re really good to work with.
How did Praxent perform from a project management standpoint?
They have great communication skills. We use message boards, and we can always ask them any questions. Above all, if we need to do something different, they’re very proactive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Praxent team has been open and transparent about what they’re doing, making our job easier because we see where they are with the timelines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
To be honest, I can’t come up with anything they can improve right now since my focus is on our side of things.

Be prepared because they move fast and adhere to the timeline.
