Praxent Surpasses 100 Team Members

Austin-based fintech UX design and engineering partner adds team members to meet mounting demand

Praxent, a fintech UX design and engineering partner to financial companies, today announced it has exceeded 100 team members. The company’s values-driven culture continues to attract and retain top talent.

Praxent launched nearly 40 products and software releases and gained over 20 new clients in 2021. To help keep up with this momentum, Praxent has added 45 team members this year across delivery teams, product designers and engineers, bringing total headcount to over 100 team members. With the addition of these resources, Praxent is well positioned to help even more financial services providers deliver a more modern, intuitive, and differentiated digital experience to their customers.

“Our team members consistently report that they feel they are doing their best work at Praxent. And it’s no wonder: our shared core values are a part of our daily decision making, our performance development program ensures 20% of our team is promoted every year, and our project work consistently invites our team to acquire new skills and work in new technologies,” said Chris Walker, Senior Director of Operations at Praxent. “This tremendous growth wouldn’t be possible without the talented team behind us who consistently drive successful results for our clients.”

Earlier this year, Praxent was recognized as a 2022 Best Place to Work in Financial Technology by Arizent and Best Companies Group and a 2022 Best Company to Work for in Austin by Built In. Because of its positive, purpose-driven work environment Praxent’s team sentiment (measured in Lattice) is currently an impressive 91%. Clients are equally as happy with Praxent’s culture and work; the company recently surpassed 60 Clutch reviews, with an average of 4.8 stars.

“Praxent is dedicated to helping financial services companies digitally transform and compete in an increasingly complex environment, a passion that is shared across the team,” said Tim Hamilton, CEO of Praxent. “We have made it a priority to build a culture that’s flexible, collaborative, and inclusive, one where every opinion matters, and every voice is heard. I’m proud to meet this new growth milestone and look forward to seeing what the team accomplishes together next.” About Praxent
